SMS consent
Holo is AI phone answering for any business that takes calls. Holo Answers (Holo Voice LLC, a Damani Holdings company) sends account and service text messages only. We never send marketing texts.
Texting is not active yet. No text messages are sent today. This page describes how texting will work once it's turned on.
What we text
Confirmations and the details of a request you made. We only text people who texted our number (+1 (678) 616-2888) or who submitted a Holo form with the SMS consent box checked. A phone call alone is not consent to receive texts, so callback texts only go to callers who opted in one of these two ways.
How you opt in
You opt in by texting our number first, or by checking the consent box on the demo request form on our website. The box is never checked for you. It reads:
"I agree to receive text messages from Holo about my request. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
Sample messages (for when texting is turned on)
- Holo: Thanks, Dana. We got your callback request for Thursday morning. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- Holo: Your demo request for Rapid Rooter Plumbing is in. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out. Reply HELP for help, or email support@callholo.com.
